Alleged Sexual Assault On Female Student: Women Journalists support Katsina Gov's actions against perpetrators

The Katsina State chapter of the Nigeria Association of Women Journalists, NAWOJ has thrown their weight behind the action taken by the Governor, Malam Umar Dikko Radda to suspend the perpetrator of the dastardly act of a school principal who ought to be a custodian of students especially the female ones has turned to harassed them sexually.
Your Excellency sir, we are solidly behind you especially on the fight against rapists and their cohorts to ride our State free from sexual assault of whatever guise.
While this is unfolding, we want to immediately reminds Your Excellency on the committee set up to investigate same crime against the female's journalist by her General Manager. We are patiently await the outcome, sir.
We call also on the Commissioner of Police in the State to thorough investigate the alleged involvement of its Divisional Police Officer, DPO of Dandume.
We will not allow the victimization of women to continue in our society by few individuals and their collaborators who have no respect for gender equality.
For the avoidance of any doubt, Katsina State NAWOJ will exploit all legitimate windows to continue to frown at gender bias in schools, workplace as well as ensure that the perpetrators of this obvious assault of female face the full wrath of the law.
